Follow Solbergfosslinna up from the parking area and follow the signs over the road. The trail is marked with blue and signs.

This trail has a combination of very easy and very difficult sections. The sections along the lowest elevations near Holterengastien are much easier. The forest sections are a mix of easy and hard, with many big roots, and a lot of up and down.

The trail is difficult in both directions. There is a steep hill along the upper section near the cornfield at Lier sødre. The forest section to the north of the cornfield is also very steep, and can be muddy after a lot of rain.
