From the top, turn left on Tornerudveien before the Scout house. From the bottom, ride up after the bike path sign at Solia between the middle apartment blocks. Turn left a few meters after the underpass and continue until you see trail fork. Go to the left, you should clearly see the climb.
This trail can be ridden in both directions, but it can be more challenging to ride up in the winter. Continue to the end and the trail goes to the left of a garage.
Most of the trail is dirt, but there is a section between the connecting trails, after/before the turn near the bushes, that has rocks.
