Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, the trail can have a lot of hikers.

This trail starts easier from Skansehytta (cabin) than from Tower. After a short and easy path, you reach the technical terrain that goes up and down, but mostly down. At the bottom, the trail heads toward the marsh. It's quite technical terrain, and then it goes over a boardwalk for the marsh before heading up a steeper and steeper slope.

Here, you turn to the right and then you come to a mountain, which is very technical. To climb, you'll switchback up the mountain and then you have to change direction by trials hopping or dismount and realign the bike. After this technical part, it becomes easier to ride on but when you get to a fork, quite close to the tower, it becomes a bit more difficult again.

Finally, the trail continues to the right between two mountain walls and ends between a rock wall section and a trail.
