Description
The
Tech Loop starts near the end of the
Flow Loop with a mandatory rowdy rock garden through a tight section of small trees. The trail then splits into two, so take the left fork, and travel in the clockwise direction. After a few turns, the trail turns bi-directional for a short section through a dry creek crossing, and then forks again. Take the left fork and continue to the southern end of the property.
After a few switchback berms up a fairly decent climb, the fun begins. Enjoy the multiple short downhill berm sections that come next. Kudos to the trail coordinator, Luis, and his
Trail crew on an absolute masterpiece. The berms are huge and perfect—it feels like you're on a dirt roller coaster.
After hitting the last berm of the run, the trail returns to the second bi-directional section. Stay to the left at the intersection and, after another tenth of a mile, the trail comes back to the first short bi-directional section. Take the right fork at the intersection and continue on to where you join back on the
Flow Loop near the bridge over the creek at the intersection with
Main Parking Lot / Flow Loop Connector.
