Description

At the beginning, this trail goes up and down through brush and trees. Almost halfway through, it starts to descend into the valley steeply. Watch out for loose rocks and gravel during this section of the trail. Eventually, it flattens out at the bottom where you can ride out via Shady Oaks.

The trail is best accessed from the Quail Hill parking lot or Coastal Peak Park.

Cattle Crest is a really fun trail. It does have a few rocky sections. Rabbit Run is not a good up. 8mi — 1h 15m
