You'll be riding in tall lodge pole conifers, the historic Yellowstone fire burns and along the Henry's Fork of the Snake River. The Fat Pursuit provides a fantastic excuse to not only achieve an outstanding accomplishment but venture into Yellowstone National Park during the quietest time of the year, and make some turns in the Tetons.

Race Start:
US National Forest Service Headquarters / Ponds Lodge, located approximately 75 miles north of Victor, ID, my home town.

Direction Cues (200K Race):
Start – US Forest Service Ranger Station
**NO PARKING IN FOREST SERVICE PARKING LOT
- Chick Creek Trail
- Black Canyon Trail
- Chick Creek Flat Trail *at this intersection (Chick Creek Flat and Chick Creek) is where the 60 and 200 differ. The 60 will backtrack to FS Ranger basically turning right. The 200k goes and doubles back on Chick Creek.
- Black Canyon Loop (turning right)
- South Plateau Trail
*Checkpoint West Yellowstone
- Two Top Loop
- Rail Road Trail
- Meadow Creek Trail, cross Hwy, turn immediately left paralleling hwy *checkpoint Man Cave
- head south towards Sawtelle Rd.
- Stamp Meadow
- Shotgun Trail
- Ponds Trail
- Finish – The Ponds!
