Description
This trail has a steady climb to the top of the park skirting the property line. Once at the top, riders circle around the nose of the ridge and begin down a heavily-featured, directional gravity-style trail with smooth, fast berms, jumps, two rocky sections with a myriad of alternate lines that include drops, tech features and tons more. Easily session-able as the beginning and endpoints are relatively close.
Want to wring more excitement out of this trail? Do it in reverse direction, so that you're climbing, not descending, through the "rock garden". Fun in dusty conditions, a challenge when your tires are wet! (Slick rocks & roots.)
Summer of '20, a storm laid a 6" log across the trail at 45 degrees, near the top, on the "smooth side", not "rock garden" side. It's a beautiful thing to seen a skilled rider hop that slick log while ascending. Piece of cake, descending, so give it a try!
If it's your first time on this trail, take a minute to walk the rock sections first to find the line that works best for you. Consequences of choosing the wrong line can be extremely undesirable.
