Windmill is open to the public for tours on the second and fourth Saturdays of each month from 2pm to 5pm.

There is at least one singletrack that starts from this road and drops into the adjacent drainage to the east.

Description

The Bonnet Mill was originally built in 1776. Entirely restored in 2002, its mechanism and sails are used to grind flour in the traditional manner on days when the infamous Mistral wind blows.

The road to the mill is an interesting, short, and easy detour from the Abbay Saint-Michel-de-Frigolet Loop, or a longer out-and-back from Boulbon.
