Need to Know

Parking lot has a Porta Potty. Raging River Cafe in Fall City is highly recommended for grub. Snoqualmie Falls is nearby, but is a zoo, at least on weekends.

Description

Trail departs from top of the power line road/trail (Crazy Ivan Connector). The name of beginning section of trail seems debatable (and there are no trail signs here, or anywhere else, from what I saw).

Regardless, the upper section, from power line to Lake Marie Road (Tokul 100 - West) is straightforward blue, or even blue-green. After crossing the road, you enter the middle section, which traverses through a clearcut, and features tight, steep, and loose switchbacks that are solid blue-black. You'll then come to another road.

The lower section of midtown enters about 50 feet uphill to the right, and starts with a confusing (and again, not signed) intersection with Uptown Funk (which is a green alternative to get back down to the Snoqualmie Valley Trail North). To stay on Midtown, head right, but watch out, because the drop-off here is massive! There is no real alternative, other than walking through the woods to the left, which others have clearly done. From here on, there are some fun small-to-medium drops, roots, etc.
