Need to Know

The west segment along Turkey Creek is family friendly, has access to Turkey Creek, and can be accessed as a short side trail via the Frisco Greenway. The rest of the trail is relatively hilly and the portion along St Louis is in close proximity to traffic and requires crossing the road at an unspecified location.

Description

Turkey Creek Trail is a fairly short paved trail with two segments connected by a partial bike lane along St. Louis Ave. The section parallel to Turkey Creek is flat and very easy while the other section is fairly hilly with a 12% grade as it winds its way up and over a ridge. The west end of the trail has a connection to the Frisco Greenway. Use caution on the downhill approaching St. Louis Ave as there is a sudden sharp right turn to avoid riding out into traffic.
