(EN) There is not much parking at the starting point, but the nearest town "Prat de Comte" is just 6km away and reachable via paved roads.

(CAT) La ruta comença a un entrador de la carretera que fa cap a Prat de Comte. Tot i que hi pots deixar el cotxe, no hi ha gaire lloc per molts. No obstant, una bona idea seria deixar el cotxe al poble i sortir d'allà en la bici ja que no està gaire lluny.

(EN) From the starting point, there is a gravel track that will take you to the top of the mountain. It is not a difficult path but a steep 10km unpaved track. The effort is worth it since you'll reach the top of one of the most beautiful mountains in the area. After spending some time enjoying the views, it's time to start the descent.

(CAT) Al punt d'inici agafes una pista que directament et porta a dalt de tot de la muntanya. No és una pista complicada, però prou llarga i inclinada -uns 10km- que cal agafar en tranquilitat i buscar el teu ritme. L'Esforç val la pena, un cop arribes a dalt, et trobes un paissatge força espectacular. Primer passes per la bassa de la Refoia i uns metres més a munt corones el cim del montsagre. En aquesta ruta la baixada es fa pel mateix lloc per poder arribar al punt d'inici, però hi ha una alternativa que et porta al poble de Paüls.
