Overview
The 2021 Snowmass 50 Mountain Bike race course will be similar to 2020 with the biggest change being that we will go clockwise this year. The course is bound to attract both veterans and newcomers with plenty of the vertical gain from the past course, but now with mile after mile of high-quality singletrack trails along the way.
Advance registration is required. There will be no race day registration. This year will have 3 Divisions
1. 50 Mile Solo Racer
2. 25 Mile Solo Racer
3. 50 Mile Team of 2 Relay
Need to Know
Trails are generally open to the public during this race. While most of us will race fast up the climbs, and even faster on the descents, please be polite and yield when appropriate.
Aid station locations on course to be determined.

Description
This year the Power of Four Mountain Bike course is going to utilize some of the best singletrack in the Roaring Fork Valley over a 25-mile loop that will start and finish in Snowmass.
Please study the course map. The event starts and finishes at the bottom of Fanny Hill at Snowmass Base Village. The race starts up the ski area work road then briefly traverses

From here, the course loop is almost entirely singletrack including
Rim Trail,
Seven Star Trail,
Ditchline Trail,
Viewline Trail,
Deadline Trail,
Highline trail,
Tom Blake,
Powerline,
Expresso,
Cross Mountain Trail,
Village Bound, and finally finishing up back where you started, on Fanny Hill at the free concert venue.
