Description

Lower Roof of the Rockies begins at the dirt road that leads from the Gondola lift to the Olympia lift. It's a two-way cross country trail popular with cyclists and hikers, so please be courteous to other trail users. Rocky and rooty with plenty of twists and turns. You'll experience great views as you approach the Pioneer lift, which marks the end of the singletrack trail and the beginning of Gunbarrel, the dirt road that leads down the mountain.
