Need to Know

Note this trail shows on the Briones map but without a name, so the name here is given.

Description

The northeastern two-thirds of the trail are singletrack, which is rare in Briones. Another element of this part of Briones that makes it a good place for people new to mountain biking to give it a try. With the Hayfield Trail (to which it connects on the northeast end), a bit of road, and bit of the Tavan trail, this forms a nice singletrack loop for people new to or trying out mountain biking. There is a private horse center at the northeast end so look out for equestrians on this trail.
