Rebuilt in 2019, Meadow Trail provides easy and fun access to the Rendezvous and Idlewild trail systems from downtown Winter Park. From US 40, turn east on Rendezvous Road at the Chamber of Commerce building (check out what outfit the moose has on and go inside for free trail maps). Rendezvous Road turns into Ski Idlewild Road then to dirt. There is some parking past the bridge or next to Hideaway Park.

Meadow Trail starts just past the old tennis courts at the Rendezvous Trail sign. You'll wind about next to the meadow, and at the dirt road, go left then right at the singletrack. The trail stays in Rendezvous green space, crossing two paved roads. After the second, the trail has a few new smooth switchbacks ending at Crosstrails. Now you'll wish you'd stopped for that map.

The Rendezvous and Idlewild trail systems are some of the best old school smooth singletrack in Grand County. Enjoy.
