Need to Know

These trails are within the Los Alamos National Laboratory and are open to the public. Please honor any restrictions and closures so we can maintain access.

Description

This trail meanders through a juniper forest over rocky terrain, with awesome views in all directions. It intersects with several other trails, although getting to the canyons is via short but STEEP trails that require most riders to dismount. The most rideable access to/from the mesa is via Water Canyon Overlook Trail.
