Regular Deer Season begins usually the third weekend in October and ends the first weekend in December. During this time, hunters may be present. Wear bright-colored clothes and ride mid day.

Need to Know

Peck Hill Wild Forest main parking is at the NYS DEC trailhead on Fulton County Highway 101. Other parking and access can be found at Stump City Brewery on West Fulton Street Extension.

Description

The Red Trail rides well in both directions. Novices may find some climbs challenging and experienced riders can get a great workout. Both will be rewarded with fun, flowing singletrack regardless of the direction of travel.

Great flowy local trail. Soft bed of pine needles. Climb at beginning, but also climb at beginning if done in reverse.
