The route contains many short and steep climbs and descents. It is a very technical course. There are a few abbreviations on the route so that you can bypass the toughest parts.

Mandatory license required, weekly maintained track, no hikers or horseback riding allowed on the track.

Nature here is characterized by forests and contiguous drifting sand areas. This route has been plotted by the owner of the area, Vereniging Natuurmonumenten, in collaboration with tour clubs from surrounding municipalities.
