Starting in the town of Kobarid at Napoleon-Bridge. Enjoy the view to the old arch between the rocky banks and down to river.
Don't cross the the river, stay at orographic right side of Soca River. Take the paved road toward Camp "Lazard". There it changes to a gravel road along the riverside. At least slope gets steeper and you'll have to climb up to reach the main Road #203.
