Need to Know

The Dynamite Jump Line! intersects and runs parallel to Explosive! Use caution at the intersections involving these two trails.

Description

As of February, 2020, this is a newly constructed trail. While it can be ridden in any direction, it is best experienced as a generally downhill ride by connecting into it from the southern aspect of the Inner Comanche Loop. The trail is a fun, flowing section of singletrack that weaves around the old mining magazine where dynamite and explosives were stored. The magazine bunker is still intact and it's door remains open for inspection. Old warning signs are still present, warning of the past dangers of this historic structure.

The magazine is near the end of the trail and serves as a landmark for the Dynamite Jump Line!, a short trail that runs parallel to the main trail and affords the more spirited rider the opportunity to experience air time.
