Description

This trail connects the Huertas Creek Trail with the bottom of the Northeast Bench Trail at the small saddle below the Llano Del Norte access point.

It's a good bench-cut connection that climbs a bit steeply at times but is otherwise quite good. It's a fun descent, too, but watch out for loose sand and gravel or you might find yourself down in the arroyo on top of a prickly pear.
