Highlands Point Trails (including Tenderfoot) are open for riding to Highlands Ranch Community Association members and their accompanied guests only. (Please bring your HRCA membership card with you when accessing any of the HRCA trails).

Description

One of the fastest trails in the Highlands Point trail system - if you take the traditional downhill route from east to west.

Note that this is NOT a directional trail - you'll often encounter other trail users coming up the trail and it isn't wide enough to pass without going off trail. Adjust your speed accordingly (uphill trail users have the right of way). If you are heading downhill, there is a very sharp left hand turn that catches many riders off guard.

What makes this trail great, is how fast you can ride it, thanks to the gradual decent and clear sight lines. The few berms and bumps are icing on the cake, if you get creative with them. It's almost entirely straight, but when the sign says a turn's coming up, a turn's coming up!.
