Family Friendly It is a pretty easy trail, accessible by anyone with good brakes and a reasonable amount of comfort riding a bike.

The entrance trail to the Bingham Loop and Double Helix crosses a golf course several times. Read all posted signs and cross the golf course respectfully.

Description

A left onto the Bingham Loop will bring you the quicker way to get to the start of Double Helix. It is a flowy cross-country trail, with a good mix of easy climbs, fast downhill, and pumpy flats.

The trail can be ridden, and is enjoyable, in either direction. See woodsandtrails.org/ for more information and current conditions and updates.
