Lower Tinker's Dream starts off of Tinker's Dream about one tenth of a mile from the end of Uktena. It runs parallel to Tinker's Dream, offers a slightly easier traverse of the Fire Mountain trail system and can be used to make a short beginner loop in conjunction with part of Tinker's Dream.

The trail has an epic scenic overlook of the surrounding mountains and features two wooden features in the short one-way section, a rollable small wooden drop and a snake ladder bridge that weaves through some tight trees.

The trail ends in a short but speedy downhill section where the trail ends at the intersection with the end of Tinker's Dream, Lazy Elk, Skilly Return and the start of Skilly.
