Easy access from Snow Bowl parking lot.

Overview

This ride combines existing trails to trace out 3 penguin shapes for a looping, complete trip. Overall, a fun ride and also a nice night ride.

Description

From the parking lot, it's a moderate climb to the largest penguin tail and then straight up to the head. From the head, it's pretty much a fun downhill ride. The trails are easy to follow and you'll actually get a feel of tracing out all 3 penguins.

History & Background

These three penguin shapes just emerged after studying the map for a ride. Kind of like finding meaning in cloud formations.

This is not a good way to ride snowbowl - The road makes for a terrible climb. Climb the "3 penguins" trail instead.
