A bit wider than singletrack but not a doubletrack, this trail is the beginner's place. There are small berms, alternate rock lines, and beautiful scenery. This is the place to start on your mountain bike journey.

You'll start at the Middle Mountain Trailhead/parking lot and a short distance in you'll see an option to go up Centipede. Once you ride Coachwhip to the Lower Trailhead, cross the road to the Lower Stick to get back to the Middle Mountain Trailhead to do it again or head up Centipede.

This trail also works in combination with Jackfork to create a nice distance for a cross-country ride.
