Fairly basic Idaho 4x4 track. That means you may see a Toyota Corolla putter by you as you grind away the elevation. Lots of side roads. Just stay on 316, usually the one still going up.

After singing the song from the summary 40 or more times and reaching the lookout, it all makes sense why that song was stuck in your head. Enjoy Sunset Mountain LO. For a real treat, be there at sunset and a night ride back.
