This trail starts just off the main road out of Silver City. It shares a ford at Jordan Creek with Webfoot Gulch Trail.
Ride southeast past dry Blacksmith Gulch and into Silver Cord Gulch.

The trail gets real rocky at times and even runs up the creek for a bit. Several switchbacks later, there is an old cabin that has no door and you can look inside. There is an outhouse nearby but please do not use it as the drain field is also the trail below...

Trail ends on a broad saddle not far from the peak of War Eagle Mountain.
