From the San Vito-DH Ciapè connection, along the dirt road that descends from the SP135 "Stazzano-Vargo" near the Passo della Crocetta and which follows the CAI path 139 towards Monte Gropà. You leave it just before the crossroads that leads to Calvadi and towards Monte Trassa, turning left instead.

Dal collegamento San Vito-DH Ciapè, lungo la sterrata che scende dalla SP135 "Stazzano-Vargo" nei pressi del Passo della Crocetta e che segue il sentiero CAI 139 in direzione Monte Gropà. La si abbandona appena prima del bivio che conduce a Calvadi e verso il Monte Trassa, prendendo invece a sinistra.

A classic of the routes that orbit the village of Garbagna in Val Grue, the DH Ciapè used years ago also for the Enduro race organized by ASD Enjoy The Trail, in which it was the final PS3. Descent on average fast, relatively long and varied, with numerous variations on the path that cross the wider dirt road several times (CAI path 123), ending at the first group of houses upstream of the town, just after the characteristic passage near the ruins of the castle. To return to Garbagna, follow the Return DH Ciapè.

Un classico dei percorsi che orbitano intorno al borgo di Garbagna in Val Grue, la DH Ciapè utilizzata anni fa anche per la gara Enduro organizzata dalla ASD Enjoy The Trail, in cui era la PS3 finale. Discesa mediamente veloce, relativamente lunga e varia, con numerose varianti su sentiero che attraversano più volte la più larga sterrata (sentiero CAI 123), finendo al primo gruppo di case a monte dell'abitato, appena dopo il caratteristico passaggio nei pressi dei ruderi del castello. Per rientrare a Garbagna si segue il Rientro DH Ciapè.
