Start at Clover Creek Road #336 (Three Creeks Road) just before it drops into Murphy Hot Springs. Go two miles to the Nevada state line. Continue south with no water or shade to end at Cougar Point Spur Road.
The top two miles of this trail are part of the Idaho Centennial Trail.
