Parking is at the Upper Oso Trailhead. $10 parking fee is not required if you park off pavement.

Description

Buckhorn Road is a remote backcountry road, with little shade and no water. Summer temps often exceed 100F, so come prepared.

E-Bikes and OHVs are allowed for the first 13 miles, so expect OHV traffic.
