Excellent views in the middle of the trail, where the GOAT Trail meets the Upper Gidro Trail. Other than these views, this is a lousy, steep, social trail that gets you from point A to point B. There are multiple hike-a-bike sections and the only reason to ride this trail is to connect the more established Hawes Trail system out west to the newer trails to the east. This social trail is now approved and on the map, but hopefully we can give it some love so it is more rideable in the future.
