Description

Start under the Liberty Road bridge and go north up the Cemetery Trail. Around the first corner, you'll see a trail branch off to the left towards the water, and that's where this trail begins.

This is a great singletrack run that parallels the shoreline. It is fairly smooth and flat, although quite narrow in parts, with just a couple modest climbs. About one-third of the way up the trail, you'll want to take the right fork, which runs you up into the woods and around a very muddy area if you stay left.

Halfway through, the trail runs up to the Cemetery Trail near Barnes Lane, but you can pick up it back up on the left. The second half is similar to the first, with mostly smooth sailing but a few obstacles and narrow tree gates. Eventually, you'll meet up again with the main trail right near the water crossing.
