This trail is located in Fancy Creek State Park. There is a $5/vehicle daily use fee for those without a Kansas State Park pass.
Description
The Gunrange Loop is a stacked loop on top of Oscar's Trail. It passes alongside the Fancy Creek Range (it's routed to not interfere with the range). It starts with a decent climb but then descends into the section near the gun range. This section is decently flowy in contrast to how slow and technical the rest of the trails at Fancy Creek are.
It then passes by the stacked loop Hidden Hollow. There are some benches in this area that can be used to take a break from activity. The trail then meanders back through the rocks and trees to meet back up with Oscar's Trail.
