The trail becomes rough and steep in sections so use caution. It is also frequented by hikers and OHV users, so use caution with other users as well.

While you can ride this trail in any direction, it is best ridden from the upper trailhead off of Benson Ridge Road down to the lower trailhead on Russia Canyon Road.

While technically doubletrack that is sometimes ridden by motorcycles and other OHV's, this trail is still rough, rugged and steep in sections and is one of the best sustained downhill experiences in the greater Cloudcroft area.

If you have a shuttle, this is an even better experience; otherwise, enjoy the sustained climb out of Russia Canyon Road.
