The Sibley trail system becomes Nordic skiing specific during the winter months.

Description

This trail begins at a kiosk near the highway and following a short singletrack section that parallels a creek, will climb robustly before descending into the grassland of the Prune Creek Loop.

The first half of this trail is a decent experience on a bike, but it will cross a doubletrack or two and it is easy to get turned around and mistake the doubletrack for the trail. Follow the trail as outlined here and you'll not fall prey to this easy mistake.

Upon descending into the grassy, riparian areas, the trail will become more like the Prune Creek Loop and more difficult to follow at times.
