Overview

Warm the legs and lungs up with some uphill intervals, a couple of switchback turns (not too sharp), minimal exposure and nice views of the lake.

Description

You'll start on singletrack dirt and gravel to pedal through an uphill section with intervals of short bursts of uphill. Ride around or over some protruding rocks with slight exposure but nothing too narrow.

You'll come to the bridge that crosses Dillon Lake, worthy of a stop for photos. From Dillon Lake, it turns to gravel doubletrack and is an easy downhill cruise back to the parking lot.
