Need to Know

Hand-built by the BLM field office and local volunteers in mid-2021, this is the newest trail in the Box-Enterprise trail network.

Description

The singletrack section of the Blue Canyon Trail connects the Blue Canyon Widetrack Trail to the Black Canyon Trail. The canyon is very scenic and the trail provides excellent views, though it's also rather fast and tight so you tend to be watching your line!

The tread is relatively smooth (no major rocky sections), but the grades can make this a challenging ride as you climb out of the valley. Makes for a good ride in both directions.
