Description

Park your vehicle at the Silver Mountain Trail #704 trailhead and start the steady and lengthy ride up the road. Follow the signs for Road 271. (There are a few marked side roads that you can take by mistake.)

Once you are near the top of the road, you'll want to look towards your left and you'll see Alamosa Rock Trail veer off into an aspen grove. If you're doing the full loop, take that left turn. (If you keep going straight, you'll drop down Alamosa Rock Trail to Comstock campground.).

Ride back on the road or take the fun singletrack down Alamosa Rock Trail and Silver Mountain Trail #704!
