Moderate climb followed by a short downhill, then short climb for a great downhill section.

Fun 45-minute ride. Starting at the main parking lot, head right to Sand Canyon Trail and follow that up until it crosses at Mesa Trail after some steep switchbacks. Go straight across mesa to Roundup Trail. Roundup Trail crosses mesa again after about a half-mile but continues on roundup. Once at the bottom of the downhill, ride north for a bit and take a right turn that connects to Landfill Road. Take landfill up and around the corner to the top of Lion Trail. This is the point of the whole ride, lions trail is a ton of fun, a long flowy downhill with some optional jumps. Stay right at both Y's in the trail for best results but there are no bad options here. once at the bottom, work your way back to the parking lot or swing by the bike park.
