Family Friendly Generally easy trail, few rocky spots but mostly smooth.

Description

The trail runs gradually uphill from southwest to northeast with a few rocky sections mostly toward the southern end. Most of the trail is fun, cruise-y singletrack through the ponderosa pine forest.

The trail runs along Rush Creek for a couple of miles making for a serene setting. There is one creek crossing that can be challenging in spring, as well as a wire gate crossing.

Nice easy ride. Did this as an out and back since the stream was flowing pretty heavy and thought we thought we might get stranded on Lost Chicken. — 1h 30m
