Access Punta Gorda Trail from Las Palmas. The trail start is signed. You can return via the same route or cross the arroyo further west to end at El Jalito Trail.

The first arroyo crossing is a bit loose and sandy but the trail is great afterwards.

Overall, a nice maintained singletrack with stunning views and short climbs and descents. The trail ends at a nice little beach and is also popular with hikers and trail runners, so be prepared for some non-bike traffic and control speed on blind corners.
