Features Views

Access the trail near the North Glade parking area. One Way Only: This is designated as a directional trail.

Description

The trail is very well marked with only four road crossings (very few for this area). The trail begins near the North Glade parking area off of New Mexico State Highway 574 also known as Light Plant Road past Racoon Trail about 100 feet on your right. If you are riding from the Calle Norte trailhead from Farmington, cross over the gnarly cattle guard and ride down the trail about about 50-80 yards and it will be on your left.

The trail flows through the trees with a similar style of Mood Swings. Shortly after entering the trail, you'll cross over the first of two cattle guards. Both cattle guards will be before the first road crossing. All intersections are very well marked with brown fiberglass carsonite trail markers and stickers.

The trail ends back on Road Apple East Trail near the beginning of Rigor Mortis Extension. It creates another directional loop for the system like Kinsey and Rigor Mortis.
