Need to Know
This is a free public bike park designed by Trail Solutions, built by Barry Smith Trails, and made possible by the following partners: Friends of Unaka Bike Park, Erwin Utilities, Erwin Fiber, Tennessee Valley Authority, the Town of Erwin, RISE Erwin, SORBA Tri-Cities, IMBA, and many donors and volunteers.
This trail is part of phase one of the Unaka Bike Park. The park is located in Erwin, TN just off I-26 between Asheville and Johnson City. It's an easy 0.6-mile ride to downtown Erwin which has restaurants, shopping, a weekly/seasonal farmer's market,
Erwin Linear Trail, and many other amenities. The Appalachian Trail, Nolichucky River access is also just a short ride from town.
Description
Roli Noli is an intermediate, flowy DH track with tabletops, wood senders, doubles, and berms. The top portion of the trail can be sessioned using a trail connector just before the first berm that will take you back to
Gomers Loop.
The trail is rated intermediate because at trail speed some of the features will put the bike into the air. This is a great trail to learn how to jump.
For comparison, it's a slightly less difficult trail than Cruze Valley at Bakers Creek. The trail ends near the bottom of
Gomers Loop where you can either go left or right to climb back to the top of the track for another lap.
