Coin Slot begins at the top of a ridge on B-Line. There is a slight incline at first where riders may slow enough to glance at the amazing view over the Missouri River. The trail soon starts to descend and makes a tight right hand turn into a steep eroded fall line section that gives riders their first technical section. A berm turning to the right helps riders set up for a large diving left hand berm.

Immediately after, riders quickly change direction into a large right hand berm diving out of its exit into a brief technical spot before turning left and crossing High Rider. After crossing High Rider, the left turn continues and the trail goes over some rocks that merely hint at the feature before you. The trail turns hard right and dives into a narrow gap in the limestone shelf. This is the namesake of the trail.

The coin slot is not recommended for bikes with extremely wide handlebars but is wide enough for stock length bars. A cautious first attempt is advised before trying this feature with speed. Keep straight and drop into a steep that is followed by a right hand turn and descent to a run out before the trail merges into the bottom of B-Line coming in from the left where riders will continue downhill to Jekyll & Hyde.
