Family Friendly
Green trail is largely beginner-friendly and is common to see young riders learning skills.
Closed during all whitetail shotgun seasons.
One Way Only: This is designated as a directional trail.
Overview
Clockwise directional trail for mountain bikers of all skill levels. Rideable most of the year but is slow to dry during the spring thaw and should be avoided when muddy. Maintained by volunteers of CIMBA in cooperation with USACE.
Description
Green Trail is a good flowy two-mile warm up with some roots that even challenge experienced riders.
Blue Trail slows you down a little with rooty climbs and switchbacks mixed in with nice flow over its two miles.
Orange Trail starts out raising the heart rate with short punchy climbs and then the last 1.5 miles opens up with fast and flowy trails leading to
Black Trail.
Black Trail is only one mile long. It's a loop off of the
Orange Trail but makes you work on the ups and doesn't give you much time to rest before putting you back out on a fast finish.
Total loop is eight miles from start to finish.
