You can bring your own bike or rent one of the full suspension ibis or santa cruz that they offer in the adventure center where in addition to paying for the use of the trails you can make use of the parking and free bathrooms, the tour is very well marked with colored arrows so you can go without a guide but if you do not trust your navigation skills you can consult for a local guide

A beautiful trail with nice views a mostly flat terrain a very fluid and manageable descent to return to the hotel and decide whether to enjoy any other of the beautiful trails they offer.
