Start at the saddle "Sella La Croce" (alt. 637 m), junction of AV5T Centrale and Sentiero #501.This unmarked path branches off a few meters behind the saddle from Sentiero #501 (towards Riomaggiore).
First you'll cross the slopes of Monte Galera with some little up'n down. When you've reached a ridge, the path turns to the sea and gets steeper. From the right two paths join, the last one is the red-and-white marked Sentiero #502.
