It's also possible in uphill (I had to get off the bike 3 times).

Start at the saddle "Sella La Croce" (alt. 637 m), junction of AV5T Centrale and Sentiero #501 to the east, towards Carpena at #501.

Get speed at the first part, followed by a short and steep rocky section and some wooden steps. In second half the trail winds beside a ridge, funny to ride.

You'll reach the few houses of Carpena (alt. 460 m). There are some posibilities to continue your downhill, inform you before you leave (Sentiero #501 towards the houses of Castè isn't recommended - stairs!).
