Need to Know

Please be considerate of other trail users. This trail also serves as access to the top of climbing routes in Black Canyon.

Description

The Gramont Peak Trail extends from the Box Canyon Road up to the ridgeline above Box Canyon. It provides access to the ridgeline, where a trail will extend north in the future.

The climb is steep but feasible for advanced and fit riders, with excellent views of the valley and Chupadera Mountains. The trail is especially fun as a descent.
